Free full body stretching- guided by a certified massage therapist with B.S. in kinesiology. Therapeutic stretches to relax the body, release tight muscles, improve your posture and increase range of motion and flexibility!


Bring your own yoga mat or a blanket & a bottle of water. Wear sunscreen and recommended: a hat and/or sunglasses.

A strong pelvic floor is important for women to have.. without it you will pee every time you sneeze or jump, and may eventually also have anal leakage! Let's talk about what exercises and stretches physical therapists recommend for the pelvic floor.

Meet at MJC East Campus at the track! The track is behind the school at Stoddard ave./Tully road. 

I will set up circuit training stations with pictures of cardio and weight training exercises. Bring your own bottled water and wear appropriate attire. If the workout is too hard, just walk the track. Do what's within your physical capabilities.
